The Embassy of the Republic of Sudan to the Republic of Turkiye in Ankara and the Consulate General of the Republic of the Sudan in Istanbul welcome Sudanese citizens residing inTurkiye and foreigners who wish to visit Sudan, and both are delightedand honored to provide all required services on the consular side and for students studying in various Turkish universities as well as possible services and facilities for investors and companies operating in Sudan and tourists who wish to visit Sudan to see the scenic landscapes that Sudan enjoys in its east, west, north and south regions.
The Sudanese Embassy in Turkiye was opened in 1981 during the reign of the late President Jaafar Nimeiri, but it was closed in the year 1983 as part of the program to reduce Sudanese embassies abroad, then it was reopened in 1987 to continue carrying out its lofty duties within the framework of strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries in its political, economic and cultural aspects, in addition to serve the Sudanese presence in Turkiye, which has become a preferred destination for those wishing to study and invest because of its advantages, as well as the deep historical ties that bring the two countries together.
This site is considered an additional service provided by the Embassy and the Consulate General in Istanbul to increase the level of linkage between the Embassy and the Sudanese community in Turkiye, as well as Turkish citizens and foreigners who wish to get to know Sudan closely, because it contains many service and enlightenment sections. This site aims to facilitate communication and provide services at the required speed. The Embassy and the Consulate General will work to improve it and follow it up constantly to achieve the required purpose.
