Terms and requirements for the Consular Transactions

 

 

Family statement.

• Filling out the application form
• Passports Copies of the family members.
• Copy of marriage certificate.
• Children’s birth certificates
• Depositing fees at the bank
• Documented Procuration from the father for minor children in case of his absence

 

Submission of Procuration application

• Attendance of the client.
• Filling out the application form.
• Copy of the client’s passport.
• Copy of the residence.
• Attendance of 2 witnesses.
• Depositing fees at the bank.

 

Applying for an emergency travel document

1. Loss of passport

• Copy of the report of lost passport issued by the police
• Copy of the lost passport.
• Filling out the application form
• Two 4x size photographs
• Depositing fees at the bank.

1. New born

• Copy of child’s birth certificate.
• Copy of parents passports.
• Copy of marriage certificate.
• Two 4x size photographs
• Depositing fees at the bank.

 

Certificate of good conduct.

• Passport copies.
• Copy of Turkish Residencepermit.
• Copy of Sudanese residence permit(for foreigners).
• Two 4x size photographs
• Depositing fees at the bank.

 

Issuing non-marriage certificate

• Passport copies.
• Copy of Turkish Residencepermit.
• Copies of the Sudanese national ID card or certificate.
• Attendance of 2 witnesses.( 2 men or 1 man + 2 women)
• Depositing fees at the bank.
